Sesame encrusted bread rings, crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside with a slight sweetness coming from molasses that also gives the beautiful dark colour.
Please keep in the freezer after 1 day.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Preheat the oven to 180C. Cut the simit in half, place cheese, tomatoes and dried thyme. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Enjoy, eat and share with loved ones!
