2. Once the order is delivered and becomes non-refundable, we hope you are happy with your baked treats. However, if for some reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will endeavor to resolve this. 3. If the purchased product is faulty, not functioning correctly, or not as described, please contact us before requesting a refund, as we aim to resolve issues to your satisfaction.

4. If you haven't received an expected refund, check your bank account or card statement, and contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

5.Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
