Originally from the Sephardic Jews of Turkey, this recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and now taught to me by a lovely grandmother, Madame Eti in Istanbul, Turkey.
She generously shared all the tips and tricks on how to do Borekitas, just like her mother taught her.
Now we are bringing this gorgeous flaky pastry with scrumptious fillings to London Baby! Filled with roasted aubergine and feta.
