Soft chocolate sponge, rolled around a silky white chocolate ganache, then wrapped in glossy salted dark chocolate ganache. Each slice gives you light sponge, creamy sweetness and a little salt to finish. Familiar flavours, done properly.
Baked fresh by hand in our East London kitchen, it looks beautiful on the table and is made to be shared.
